Refund Policy

This will be inlined and coordinated with the below mentioned Policy Of Restocking, Return, And Cancellation.

Restocking Policy

For any shipment, which is refused and undeliverable due to the buyer giving a wrong or non existing shipping address a refund would be made.

On receipt of item/s, Pchub.com would immediately precede the refund with the same method as the original Method Of Payment on the invoice.

The amount of refund would be 80% of the purchased value of the item/s minus the cost of shipping back the item to PcHub.com.

Return Policy –Money Back Guaranty

Pchub.com accept returns of purchased item/s which Pchub.com sell with one month warranty at it original condition and packing at the time arriving at the hand of buyer with no question asked.

Such return must be made within 7 days from the date the buyer receipt of the purchased, For details See Money Back Guaranty.

Order cancellation by customer.

Cancellation of order could be requested by the customer in an email to sales@pchub.com before order is shipped. 100% of the payment made would be refunded.

Pchub.com may at its wish, cancel the order by sending an email to notify the customer of such cancellation intended, or sending email to customer for clarification of the credit card detail,

Refund for the order canceled

10% of the total invoice value would be deducted as our handling fee and the service fee, which has been charged to the company by the Credit Card processing company for the transaction.

The balance 90% will be credited to the customer credit card or PayPal account within 48 hours from the time the customer requesting cancellation of order or after 72 hours the customer fail to reply to PcHub.com’s request of clarification of credit card details.

Purchased once is shipped, no cancellation can be made. You can return the package under the Money Back Warranty.

Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded
