This claim must be made within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the purchased item/s, regardless the days for the return of your claim takes to our address.

Making a money back claim is simple.

Stated the invoice number on the shipping label which is pasted on the returned package, and ship it via registered air mail at your local post office

Send an acknowledgment email stating the Invoice Number to care@pchub.com.

Shipping cost
You pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Refund

In the case that you had paid for the shipping cost, the amount of refund would be 100% of the purchased value of the item/s.

In the case that your purchase was shipped via Free Shipping, the refund would be the amount after deducting the shipping cost from the amount that you paid for the purchase. The shipping cost is the amount that we paid for shipping out your order.


The shipping cost to be deducted would be based as below:
USD $6.00 for package less than 0.5 kg, 
USD $12.00 for package between 0.5kg to 1.0kg, 
USD $18.00 for package between 1.0kg to 1.5kg,
USD $24.00 for package between 1.5kg to 2.0kg,
USD $12.00 for every kg and and part thereof for package above 2.0kg.

Method Of Refund would be the same as the original method of payment you made for the invoice within 48 hours upon receipt of item/s by us.

Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception.

Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.
