 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) For Discrepancy Or Wrong Item shipped.

No RMA number is necessary for this claim.

This claim must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item/s

All items PcHub.com sell on its website are with photographs basic description for buyers to determine if the item/s is the right item/s.

In the even the purchased and shipped item/s are match the photograph and the basic description, we do not except return under this condition. However buyer could return the purchased item under the Money Back Guaranty

We apologies for unable to furnish much description for all the items. Buyers are advised to email sales@pchub.com for any doubt about any description of item before placing an order

Procedure

To make a claim is sample. If you confirm and without doubt that we ship the wrong item to you

Send an acknowledgment email to care@pchub.com.  
Please state the invoice number and the reason for the return in your email.

We would reply in an email to give direction of shipping back to us the items in its original packaging.

Shipping cost

Since we make mistake for sending the wrong item, we pay for all the cost for your shipping it back to us and our shipping out the replacement to you.

Replacement or refund 
Upon receiving the item, within 48 hours, a replacement would be sent out to you

In case we do not have the stock for the replacement, we would make a full refund to you within 48 hours. The refund shell includes the shipping cost you pay for shipping back the item to us.

Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception.

Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.
