 RMA For Shipping Damage

No RMA number is necessary for this claim.
This claim must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item/s. You may assist to speed up this claim process by informing the logistic company that deliver the shipment:
» If damage is found at the exterior of package at the time you receive it
» If buyer has the reason to believe physical damage to the item/s is caused during shipping when you unpack the shipment
To make a claim is sample.
» Contact your local delivery agent to inspect the damaged items
» Send an acknowledgment email to care@pchub.com.
» Please state the invoice number and the extent of the damage, the person name of the delivery agent and any reference number associated with the inspection in your email.
» We would reply to give direction to ship back the damaged item/s in its original packaging
Please note this Procedure is importance for us to file a claim against our logistic company. Your claim could only be justified after adhere to this Procedure
Shipping cost
Pchub.com would pay the two way shipping cost in replacement process of the damaged item.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving the item, within 48 hours,
» We would send you a replacement.
» or in case we do not have the stock for the replacement, we would make a full refund to you.
Any items received by you over 7 days, sent to our address without our consent would be returned with no exception.
Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded.
