If the claim is for product defective or shipping damage, must Include the images show clearly the defective portion.
In some of our past cases, the claimed defects are actually due to improper method of usage and some other reasons that might be solved with our technical support.
Once we receive your claim, we would email you within 48 hours to give direction as to handle your claim.
Under all circumstances the original shipping cost would not be refunded, except Pchub make mistake on shipping out the defective product, not as described or shipping damage.
